Devina Haralalka is a high school student at Singapore American School. Her academic interests include chemistry, calculus, language, economics, and research, with a growing interest in economics and psychology. She founded Women’s Opportunity Lab in September 2026 after recognising how often a lack of accessible childcare keeps capable women out of work.

Devina’s academic work has earned her a place on the school’s Scholars List in Grade 10, with commendable academic scores across subjects. She was also shortlisted for commendation in the prestigious John Locke Institute Essay Competition. Outside the classroom, Devina is a Model UN delegate (with an Honourable Mention at ZISMUN), a member of the Peer Support Council, a Junior Varsity basketball player and a trained theatre performer.
